Alice joined the Agriculture, Farms and Estates team on qualification in 2013 and has since acted on a wide range of rural property matters in the UK. Alice regularly deals with sales and acquisitions of residential and rural property and advises clients on all legal aspects relating to the management and ownership of agricultural land and landed estates including sporting rights, the registration and disposition of mines and minerals and other landlord and tenant matters. Alice’s clients include private individuals, large landed estates and a number of national charities including The National Trust and English Heritage.
