Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Allen Gibson was a presenter at the Georgia Construction Law Section program on Mediation. The event featured a panel of experienced mediators from across the country discussing construction mediation from the mediator’s perspective.
The virtual event took place May 17 and was presented by the State Bar of Georgia's Construction Law Section.
Gibson has more than 35 years of construction law experience, working with owners, developers, design professionals, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and sureties on the full range of challenges that arise in the development, design, and construction of various projects. He is an active mediator and arbitrator of construction disputes and has provided these services for many parties throughout the country.
