Experience
Amanda has advised on a number of general commercial and data privacy related matters, including:
- Direct marketing queries in relation to opt-in opt-out regulations for existing customers
- Drafting various transfer mechanisms in light of new and existing external vendors, namely transfer impact assessments and data protection impact assessments
- Drafting data protection schedules to be inserted into other commercial agreements and advising on the necessary updates required for existing contracts under GDPR and other data protection legislation across EMEA
- The international contract remediation project required under the Schrems II decision and more widely advising on the risk and regulation aspects of other international data transfers
- Assisting with drafting, updating and providing comment on both commercial and data privacy specific terms of service, supply of goods, confidentiality, non-disclosure and variation agreements.
