Andrew Hogue focuses his practice on economic development and incentives. He assists domestic and international companies that are locating or expanding their operations throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked at the U.S. Small Business Administration in the Office of Investment and Innovation (OII). In this role he advised private equity investment fund general partners on guidance and interpretation of federal law and regulations and operating in compliance with federal regulations, policies, and procedures as well as reviewed, drafted and negotiated organizational documents, such as limited partnership agreements, side letter agreements and management services agreements, for private equity investment firms. 

Andrew also served in the United States Army and is currently a Lieutenant Colonel in the Pennsylvania National Guard.
