Womble Bond Dickinson’s Anne Kelley Russell and Tom Zamadics are presenting a CLE titled “Digital Estate Assets and Strategies” at an upcoming South Carolina Bar Lunch and Learn event on July 28.
The CLE provides practitioners with a fundamental understanding of digital assets and strategies for how to tailor estate plans to accommodate different kinds of cryptocurrency and NFTs. The program will also review recent developments and discuss their impact on estate planning for digital assets, as well as a discussion on the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act (RUFADAA) and its role in estate planning for digital assets.
Anne Kelley advises clients in South Carolina, Georgia and Arkansas on Trusts & Estates matters. She is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law in South Carolina, and is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
Tom Zamadics is a Trusts & Estates attorney who assists clients throughout South Carolina and North Carolina in a broad range of tax and estate planning matters, including wealth transfer strategies, estate and trust administration, and the formation of nonprofit organizations.
