Bede joined the firm in October 2022 as a Solicitor in the Corporate team, having trained in a corporate commercial team in the Midlands before returning to his hometown of Newcastle.
Bede provides assistance and advises companies, management teams, investors and shareholders on a range of corporate matters, including disposals, acquisitions, investments, group reorganisations, shareholders agreements - as well as providing general company law and governance advice.
He has experience working on a variety of transactions primarily involving owner managed businesses, SMEs and start-ups across a range of sectors, including technology, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare and retail.
