Bond Dickinson won the Employer of the Year award at the 2017 Business Leader Awards.
The awards, which took place last week (28 September), celebrated the best of the South West's professional community, recognising business and enterprise across small, medium and large companies. Around 600 people attended the ceremony, including the most prominent business figures in the region.
The awards were independently judged by a team of sector specialists, and over 200 entries were submitted across the 15 categories.
Bond Dickinson was recognised for its commitment to providing a supportive and friendly working environment for its staff, offering opportunities for great new talent to develop, opening up new routes into the legal profession through apprenticeships and promoting diversity and inclusion to acknowledge and celebrate difference.
