Womble Bond Dickinson Partner and Lex Mundi Cross-Border Investigations Practice Group Chair Claire Rauscher will be among the speakers in a Lex Mundi program titled, “Global Investigations Updates: Sanctions, Corruption & Whistleblowing – Oh My!” The virtual event takes place Tuesday, May 9.
Rauscher and the other speakers will discuss global impact of recent U.S. Department of Justice guidance and sanctions updates. They also will address the Glencore foreign bribery and market manipulation case, including whistleblowing statutes in EU and compliance certifications in the U.S. Finally, the speakers will provide an update on recent sanctions activities, including new guidance covering the Caribbean (Haiti & the Caymans) and Singapore.
