Emily is an associate based in Plymouth as one of the technical specialists embedded within the Legal Solutions Centre. She specialises in Employment law and legal innovation, change management and process design/implementation with an Employment law focus.
The LSC provides an essential service to the business helping teams deliver the most cost effective solutions to their clients. The team has grown and developed to over 80 paralegals, chartered legal executives, and management information specialists capable of providing support to teams and direct to clients on an ongoing basis for volume projects including e-disclosure, high volume commercial disputes or real estate matters and GDPR related contract review and remediation. The LSC has extended their offering to also include an Employment Services using technology solutions to deal with low risk Employment Tribunal claims, data subject access request and volume settlement agreements.
As an Employment lawyer, Emily is experienced in advising employers and employees, drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, dealing with dispute resolution and handles the full range of Employment Tribunal litigation. Emily is a member of the Employment Lawyer's Association.
She is responsible for managing and providing technical supervision to a high performing team of paralegals who work on a variety of matters within the LSC and WBD Advance.

- Managing disclosure projects involving 100,000s of documents
- Supervising and supporting service delivery for Employment Tribunal litigation on behalf of clients in the retail and financial services sectors
- Managing a helpline on behalf of an insurer providing legal advice to its 18,000 policyholders using collaboration software. Managing the paralegals who deal with the initial contact and reporting requirements
- Supervising a Data Subject Access Request document review service and managing first line review of documents
- Providing technical support to WBD Advance.
