Jed Solomon advises businesses on corporate and commercial law matters. His corporate practice includes counseling clients on financing and commercial transactions, license agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, and corporate governance issues. His practice also includes sports law with an emphasis on collegiate sports, and Jed serves as outside counsel to one of the 32 NCAA Division I conferences.
His past experience in securities law includes preparing registration statements, periodic disclosure filings, officer and director filings, and stock exchange compliance materials. Jed has experience with “Blue-Sky” laws and private placements and has managed a “going private” transaction. Jed advises clients in many industries including banking, telecommunications, asset management, retail, furniture and housewares, manufacturing, and distribution.
Jed graduated with distinction from Stanford University with an A.B. in Economics and received his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of California at Los Angeles.
