Jenny has previous experience in commercial dispute resolution in the energy and technology sectors. She is developing a focus in data protection and cyber security disputes.
Experience
Examples of experience include:
- Working on an international data case
- Managing a range of cases for an energy client – running numerous cases involving contractual disputes, debt recovery, insolvency and consumer litigation. Resolving claims through negotiations, mediation and trial at court where required
- Aiding the in-house litigation team at an automotive manufacturer – working in-house with the legal team assisting with customer disputes, preparation of contracts and regulatory matters
- Working on a speedy trial for a contractual dispute - helping to bring the matter to an amicable resolution at mediation.
