John Forcier is an intellectual property attorney focusing on medical devices, water filtration, oil and gas, footwear and athletic apparel, and consumer products. John has represented big healthcare, big pharma, manufacturing companies, oil and gas, and filtration R&D companies for over 20 years in both law firm and in-house roles. John also spent 15 years as an engineer and project manager in the energy and consumer goods industries.
John focuses on the procurement, enforcement, and licensing of intellectual property rights, with emphasis on strategic development of U.S. and foreign patent portfolios, patent infringement and validity opinions, IPRs, reexaminations/reissues, oppositions, and IP diligence in a variety of high tech fields.
