Jonathan is a member of the Estates and Trusts team in our Winston-Salem office.
For a broad range of estate planning strategies, Jonathan has experience preparing legal documents such as Wills, Trust Agreements, Powers of Attorney, documents for the modification and administration of Trusts, and instruments transferring closely-held business interests and other assets.
Jonathan’s practice also includes providing services related to charities and other tax-exempt entities. He has experience forming nonprofit corporations, completing applications for federal tax-exempt status and analyzing transactions involving private foundations. He also assists clients with their compliance programs for charitable solicitation and commercial co-venturer licenses.
