Justin Bradley focuses his practice on regulatory and compliance issues within the financial services sector. Prior to joining Womble, Justin served as Deputy General Counsel & Head of Litigation for a leading nationwide mortgage lender and servicer, where he managed a nationwide litigation portfolio, overseeing both class actions and single-plaintiff litigation cases filed on behalf of and against the company. He also engaged in regulatory enforcement and examinations, including responding to civil investigative demands.
