Nadia deals with a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and group reorganisations. Nadia joined towards the end of September 2022 as a newly-qualified solicitor, following completion of her training contract.
Nadia has seven years of experience in property and completed seats in corporate, employment and immigration.
Experience
- Cairngorm Capital – working with investee business, PaintWell, with the acquisition of Promain UK, followed shortly after by the acquisition of the Kent Blaxill Group, to extend its branch network and build national presence.
- Enact – working on the acquisition of SEA Transport Limited.
