- Windel Energy on the real estate aspects of their pipeline of UK solar PV projects including single and multi-landowner projects of between 20MW to 350MW
- ScottishPower Renewables in relation to several solar and onshore wind co-location projects in England
- Rampion Offshore Wind Farm in relation to the onshore cable route which included the project management to see over 30 leases be completed
- The Crown Estate on a variety of real estate matters including the drafting and negotiation of leases, licences and deeds of grant in connection with offshore electricity interconnectors, telecoms cables and pipelines.
