Paige is an Associate in the Employment Team.
Paige advises both public and private sector clients. Paige provides day to day advice to employers on all aspects of employment law including unfair dismissal, disciplinary and grievance issues, performance and redundancy.
Paige is also experienced in preparing complex employment tribunal cases including claims for constructive unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, whistleblowing and sexual harassment.
Paige also provides corporate immigration advice. In this increasingly important area of law, Paige assists both national and international clients on a variety of business immigration matters. Paige assists with sponsor licence and visa applications, and also advises business on how best to address complex immigration issues, conduct right to work checks and on prevention of illegal working.
As part of her training Paige was seconded to work in an in-house legal team, which involved advising the business on a broad range of legal issues.
Paige is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
