Rachel advises commercial landlords and tenants on property management issues including lease renewal proceedings under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, break notices and dilapidations.

Rachel has dealt with various other property disputes including claims for adverse possession, advising on easements and restrictive covenants, and advising on title defects, breach of lease and leaseholder disputes.
