Rachel advises commercial landlords and tenants on property management issues including lease renewal proceedings under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, break notices and dilapidations.
Rachel has dealt with various other property disputes including claims for adverse possession, advising on easements and restrictive covenants, and advising on title defects, breach of lease and leaseholder disputes.

- Registered provider of social housing - advising on tenancy management including recovery of possession of property; compliance with the social landlord pre-action protocol, advising in relation to Equality Act 2010 issues, and dealing with housing disrepair claims
- Limited company - advising on interpretation of easement and issuing claim for interference with an easement
- Private individual - advising leaseholder on breach of lease issues and dealing with defective title.
