Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Randy Hanson has been elected to the Lex Mundi Board of Directors. He will serve a four-year term on the Board.

Hanson has long been a leader in Womble Bond Dickinson’s engagement with Lex Mundi, including serving as the firm’s contact partner to the network and previously as the firm’s representative to the Lex Mundi Cross Border Transactions Practice Group.

Womble Bond Dickinson is a founding member firm of Lex Mundi and has remained active in the network for more than 30 years. Firm attorneys have served in a variety of Lex Mundi leadership roles during this time. In 2020, Womble Bond Dickinson was named a Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation Award honoree for the firm’s service to and support of Lex Mundi’s pro bono efforts.
Hanson advises domestic and foreign businesses and the owners of those businesses on US and cross-border corporate and commercial transactions. He represents emerging and middle-market companies, including closely-held businesses, from the Southeastern United States and from Latin America, Europe and Asia. He also serves as outside US general counsel to many of his domestic and foreign based clients.
His appointment to the board was announced at the 2023 Lex Mundi Annual Meeting held earlier this month in San Francisco.
