Rashmita is a dual-qualified lawyer (England and Wales and India), with three years of post qualification experience in India and two years of experience in the UK.
Currently in the UK, she specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She has advised clients in relation to breach of their restrictive covenants, breach of contract and tort claims across various sectors.
She has experience in handling non-contentious claims and contentious claims in the County Court and High Court. She also regularly advises her clients on alternative dispute mechanisms such as negotiation and mediation to achieve the best possible outcome for them.
Rashmita has particular expertise in financial services sectors and of insolvency litigation. She is also developing a focus in energy and data protection disputes.
