Saba qualified into the Corporate team in March 2023. Having completed two seats with the Corporate team during her training contract, she has gained experience on a range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, investments, shareholder agreements, fundraises and limited liability partnerships. Saba has also been involved in group reorganisations and assisted the team in providing general company law and corporate governance advice.
