Shelley has experience in all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions and specialises in social housing and residential development. She has worked with private clients and limited companies as well as a range of public sector organisations including those in the health care sector, housing associations and local authorities.
Shelley acts on a range of property disposals and acquisitions which include Section 106 sites as well as golden brick and back-to-back development arrangements between local authorities, private landowners and developers. She also has extensive experience working on large scale security charging projects for private individuals, limited companies and housing associations as well as working on landlord and tenant and leasehold enfranchisement matters.
