Simon’s practice focuses on advising individuals, families and trusts in relation to a wide range of legal, commercial and personal issues. He acts as trustee for a number of significant landowning families and finds innovative solutions to the many challenges that the ownership of landed estates presents. Simon also advises private and commercial investors in the acquisition and management of farms and estates – covering sporting, agricultural and commercial aspects.
His clients include corporate and charitable bodies as well as many significant private estates.
