Stephanie Riley Speaks on Mandatory Disclosures in Patent Litigation at ABA IP Law Annual Meeting

Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Stephanie Riley spoke at the American Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Annual Meeting, which took place April 12-14 in Washington, D.C. Riley took part in a panel discussion on “Counseling Clients on Mandatory Disclosures in Patent Litigation.”

In addition, attorneys Carrie Richey and Andrew Beverina represented the firm at the ABA Intellectual Property Annual Meeting.

Riley’s panel discussion addressed how to counsel clients on mandatory disclosure requirements and potential early impacts in patent litigation. The panel also discussed mandatory litigation disclosures generally that are required in all federal courts and then discuss heightened disclosures that exist in certain jurisdictions including Delaware, New Jersey, and California.
