Vanessa is a member of the Capital Markets group focusing on all aspects of real estate finance. She has experience representing developers, lenders, and servicers in connection with multifamily real estate projects, many of which include Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae financing, low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, tax exempt bonds, Federal Home Loan Bank AHP funds, and state or local HOME funds. She also represents lenders in bridge, construction, term, and CMBS loans, as well as life company loans for multifamily, retail, and office real estate projects.
Prior to attending law school, Vanessa worked as an auditor for the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General, Office of Audit Services.
