Vicky specialises in planning and infrastructure matters and has experience advising clients on a range of planning matters across numerous sectors.
Vicky is involved in negotiating the terms of planning agreements, highway agreements and planning obligations for both developer and local authority clients.
Vicky also has experience advising on planning applications and on Environmental matters.
She has a particular expertise advising on planning issues at all stages of the Development Consent Order process from pre-application to post-submission.

- National Highways on its development consent order (DCO) applications for the A428 Black Cat to Caxton Gibbet Scheme and A12 Chelmsford to A120 Widening Scheme
- A renewable energy client in respect of its planning application for a solar farm
- Drafting and negotiating section 106 planning agreements, unilateral undertakings and section 106A deeds of variation for developers, housebuilders, and private landowners for housing developments and mixed use sites.
