Wilka Toppins to Speak on EB-5 Issues at Mexico City Event

Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Wilka Toppins will speak at the Invest in the USA (IIUSA) EB-5 Passport Series in Mexico City. The event takes place Tuesday, Oct. 25 and is held in conjunction with the Mexico City Grand Prix Formula One auto race.

Toppins will take part in a panel discussion on “Panel 2: Understanding the EB-5 Process: Q&A With EB-5 Experts.” She will be joined in the discussion by:
