By plane: If you’re planning on visiting us from out-of-state, flying to Charleston International Airport is a fast and efficient method of travel. From here, it is approximately 26 minutes via car to our office.

By car: Whether you’re heading to our office from the Charleston International Airport or from closer to home, see driving directions to our Charleston offices below:

  • From I-95 North or South: Take I-26 East toward Charleston. Take the Meeting Street exit 221B which will be on the left, turn right onto Meeting Street. Continue for approximately 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection of Broad Street and Meeting Street (also known as the Four Corners of Law). Turn left onto Broad Street. Stay on Broad Street until it ends at the intersection of Broad Street and East Bay Street, in front of the Old Exchange Building. Turn right and then immediately left onto Exchange Street. Number 5 Exchange Street is a large blue stucco building on the right. Our parking lot is beneath the building, on the right, at the corner of Exchange and Prioleau Streets.
  • From Charleston International Airport: Take I-526 East for a short distance, then exit onto I-26 East to Charleston. From here, follow the ‘From I-95 North or South’ directions above.
  • From U.S. Highway 17 North: Cross the Ashley River Bridge and exit right onto Lockwood Drive. Follow Lockwood Drive until it turns into Broad Street. Stay on Broad Street until it ends at the intersection of Broad Street and East Bay Street, in front of the Old Exchange Building. Turn right and then immediately left onto Exchange Street. Number 5 Exchange Street is a large blue stucco building on the right. The parking lot for our office is beneath the building, on the right, at the corner of Exchange and Prioleau Streets
  • From U.S. Highway 17 South: After crossing the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge, take the Morrison Drive ramp toward East Bay Street, turn left at the exit. Continue into the city, past the Port of Charleston facility on your left, and the U.S. Customs House, also on your left at the intersection of East Bay Street and Market Street. In a few more blocks you will come to the intersection of East Bay Street and Broad Street, with the historic Exchange Building on your left. Proceed through this intersection but be prepared to turn left immediately afterward, onto Exchange Street. Number 5 Exchange Street is a large blue stucco building on the right. Our parking lot is located beneath the building, on the right, at the corner of Exchange and Prioleau Streets.

Parking: Guest parking spaces are available in the parking area under the building. If this lot is full, please use the firm’s parking lot east of the former bank drive-thru on East Elliott Street. You will notice several spaces for use by guests. Also, the City Garage on Prioleau Street is two blocks north of the firm’s office, if nowhere else is available.
