Charlotte is the recruitment lead for our firm's Legal Solutions Centre; a team of solicitors, chartered legal executives, paralegals, management information specialists and legal project managers, capable of providing support to the wider business on a regular and ongoing basis, for high volume projects. She works with the team to understand their business plans in order to implement effective recruitment strategies.
This also encompasses the recruitment for GCSolutions, our team of in-house lawyers working on short and long-term secondments or more project led initiatives.
As well as this Charlotte is the point of contact for Paralegal recruitment across all legal teams in the UK. She works with senior stakeholders on their resourcing requirements and growth plans to directly source the very best talent.
Another focus of Charlotte's is developing the recruitment team's social media strategy which aims to give an insight into life at WBD and showcases our employer brand.
Charlotte is also a member of the WBD Bristol office's Responsible Business committee. She is passionate about employability and also gets involved with our other initiatives.
