Charlotte coordinates our Responsible Business activities across the firm, which includes environment, community engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, wellbeing, social mobility and governance.
She understands that creating a strong and impactful programme is essential for us to make a tangible difference in our communities, and to our colleagues and clients. Through setting the strategy and integrating responsible business across the firm, Charlotte believes we can all work together for people and planet. Charlotte also leads our community engagement activity (fundraising, volunteering and pro bono).
Charlotte joined the firm having worked for several years in the charitable sector as a fundraiser and fundraising manager, focusing on engagement, relationship management and marketing.
