Kate joined the Real Estate team in 2018 working on a variety of property transactions, dealing primarily with matters within the social housing sector for Registered Providers. She is currently in the Construction and Engineering Team, where she is becoming increasingly involved in construction sector and building safety related work.
She also assists with horizon scanning for future legal and industry developments, business planning, business development, and technology-based solutions.
Kate is also a member of the CSR Committee for the Newcastle office and is part of the Flourish pilot Programme (our internal route to qualification through the SQE).
