Nicola is an associate in the Construction and Engineering team advising on both public sector and private sector construction projects. Having originally joined the team as a paralegal in 2016 before starting her training contract with the firm, Nicola has gained a variety of transactional and contentious experience and has completed two client secondments.
Whilst on secondment to a global chemical manufacturer, Nicola was involved in the drafting and negotiation of a complex engineering, procurement and construction management contract and has continued to gain experience in the manufacturing sector since her return.
As well as advising on transactional matters, Nicola also supports on construction dispute resolution matters.

- Grainger plc on the review of construction documentation relating to commercial and residential developments across the UK.
