Womble Bond Dickinson is hosting a drinks reception to bring together business leaders from the renewables sector and other sectors that have a role to play in energy transition.

The theme of the event will be veterans and how they can play a major role in renewables. Walking With The Wounded will be joining the event to represent the veteran community.

We invite you to join us on Wednesday 22 November from 5:30pm - 7:30pm at WBD's Newcastle office to catch up with other sector professionals, whist enjoying drinks on the top floor with spectacular views over the City.

Walking With The Wounded is an incredible leading military charity supporting those who have served with employment, mental health and care coordination.

We will also be joined by our guest speaker, Paul Haigh, Veteran Liaison Officer at WWTW. Paul is ex-RAF and has a number of years lived experience of being street homeless, and now supports veterans at WWTW. He is a really engaging and captivating guest speaker. His story really encapsulates the needs of our veterans and what we as a charity can do to support.

This event is open to those in the renewables sector and other sectors that play a role in energy transition only.
