Sophia joined the corporate tax team upon her qualification in March 2023. She has gained experience helping clients establish tax-advantaged and unapproved share option schemes. She provides support to the real estate team on VAT and SDLT issues arising from property transactions. She also assists the corporate team in the drafting and negotiation of tax covenant in mergers and acquisitions.
