Lauren Anderson (Raleigh, NC) is a patent attorney and mechanical engineer who focuses on assisting clients to develop strategic patent portfolios in the US and abroad, and then with enforcement strategies to help meet their business goals. Reid Avett (Washington, DC) serves as outside general counsel to public and private companies and their boards, advising on a range of corporate and governance matters.
